FOOD AND DRINKS
You are welcome to bring your own food and drinks into the Glamping area but not into the festival area. There are some fantastic street food offers at the festival and of course; plenty of refreshments, so you won't go hungry or thirsty! Catering is available during the festival opening hours as well as on Saturday and Sunday morning between 8am and 10.30am for campers and glampers breakfasts.
Toilets are available for glampers both within the Glamping area and in the Clubhouse. Showers are available in the Clubhouse.
Electricity isn't available for our Glamping tents so you may wish to bring a solar charger or similar for your phones / devices.
Heating is not supplied with our tents and electricity to your tent is not available for the festival.
Please note that naked flames are expressly forbidden in our tents due to the serious danger to life posed by carbon monoxide poisoning and fire. Guests using naked flames inside their tents will be asked to leave with no refund.
We supply cosy beds with duvets and blankets but it is very important that you come prepared for all weathers! There is still an element of 'camping' to Glamping in that you are in the great outdoors so we strongly recommend that you bring plenty of layers, hats, warm footwear and extra blankets if you particularly feel the cold. Hot water bottles can add an extra layer of comfort at bedtime.
GLAMPING WITH FRIENDS
If you have friends that are Glamping with us at the festival, please let us know if you would like to be sited next to them and we will do our best to arrange this.
CANDLES / TEA LIGHTS
Please see Heating section for information on naked flames. Candles and tea lights are not permitted in our tents. We provide battery powered fairy lights and lanterns but feel free to bring additional battery powered lights if you would like to.
We want all of our glampers to have a fantastic time at this fab event. Please be respectful of others around you; including local residents, and keep noise levels to a minimum at night. Guests causing disturbance to others may be asked to leave with no refund.
Members of our team will be on site for most of the weekend and will be happy to help.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please ensure that before you arrive, you have read and understood our Terms and Conditions of Booking which you can find here: https://www.darkskyglamping.co.uk/terms-and-conditions
Unless you inform us otherwise, we assume that you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
These points are particularly worth highlighting:
Please take good care of our belongings so that other guests can use them after you. You will be charged for any items missing or damaged on check out.
Do NOT use any kind of flame inside the tent including; but not limited to, cooking or using a fire basket – carbon monoxide poisoning can be fatal.
Our tents are made to withstand all kinds of conditions, but you need to take care with the zips – pull them up and down very carefully. Keep all zips closed and items away from the sides of the tents at all times during wet weather. Keep guy ropes tightened at all times to avoid water ingress and wind damage.
The great British weather can be unpredictable - we strongly advise that you bring warm, layered clothing and also wellies or boots with you in case the fields aren't dry.
Please take footwear off at the door to help protect the tent floor and your belongings. (high heels are not allowed in the tents!)
Please note that our tents are strictly no smoking and a charge of £150 will be made for deep cleaning if any guests do smoke inside.
We look forward to meeting you and wish you a wonderful stay!
