We have put together some information to make planning your festival Glamping stay as easy as possible.

Your bell tent will be ready for you to check into from 4pm on Friday 12th July.  If one of our team aren't at the Glamping area when you arrive, your name will be outside your bell so you can locate it.

We supply furnished, canvas bell tents which come with beds (inflatable, mattress or camp bed), bed linen, blankets, rugs, lights and side tables.

Some things you might want to bring with you include:

*Warm jumpers / fleece

*Hat, gloves and thick socks

*Reusable bags

*Solar charger

*Hot water bottles

*Wellies / walking boots

*Flip flops for bathrooms

*Extra blankets and hot water bottles

Please feel free to unload you car next to your bell tent.  You will then need to park your car outside of the Glamping area - on either side of the village - for the remainder of the festival.

Fires of any description are not permitted in the Glamping area.

BBQs are allowed only where they are on legs.

You are welcome to bring your own food and drinks into the Glamping area but not into the festival area.    There are some fantastic street food offers at the festival and of course; plenty of refreshments, so you won't go hungry or thirsty!  If you bring a camping stove with you, this must be kept off the ground and must not be used inside your tent under any circumstances.

Showers and toilets are located adjacent to the Glamping village.

Electricity isn't available for our Glamping tents so you may wish to bring a solar charger or similar for your phones / devices.

Heating is not supplied with our bells and electricity to your tent is not available for the festival.

Please note that naked flames are expressly forbidden in our tents due to the serious danger to life posed by carbon monoxide poisoning and fire.  Guests using naked flames inside their tents will be immediately asked to leave with no refund.

We supply beds with duvets and blankets but it is very important that you come prepared for all weathers!  There is still an element of 'camping' to Glamping in that you are in the great outdoors so we strongly recommend that you bring plenty of layers, hats, warm footwear and extra blankets if you particularly feel the cold.  Hot water bottles can add an extra layer of comfort at bedtime.

Please see Heating section for information on naked flames.  Candles and tea lights are not permitted in our tents.  We provide battery powered fairy lights and lanterns but feel free to bring additional battery powered lights if you would like to.

We want all of our Glampers to have a fantastic time at this fab event.  Please be respectful of others around you; including local residents, and keep noise levels to a minimum at night.  Guests causing disturbance to others may be asked to leave with no refund.

Members of our team will be on site during the weekend and will be happy to help.

If you can't see us close by, please send us a message to 07340 486 305.

Check out is by 10am on Sunday 14th.  We ask that you leave your bell in the same condition as when you arrived.  Please ensure all rubbish is taken to the onsite bins.

Please ensure that before you arrive, you have read and understood our Terms and Conditions of Booking which you can find here:

Unless you inform us otherwise, we assume that you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

These points are particularly worth highlighting:

  • Please take good care of our belongings so that other guests can use them after you. You will be charged for any items missing or damaged on check out.

  • Do NOT use any kind of flame inside the tent including; but not limited to, cooking or using a fire basket – carbon monoxide poisoning can be fatal.

  • Our tents are made to withstand all kinds of conditions, but you need to take care with the zips – pull them up and down very carefully. Keep all zips closed and items away from the sides of the tents at all times during wet weather.   Keep guy ropes tightened at all times to avoid water ingress and wind damage.

  • The great British weather can be unpredictable - we strongly advise that you bring warm, layered clothing and also wellies or boots with you in case the fields aren't dry.

  • Please take footwear off at the door to help protect the tent floor and your belongings. (high heels are not allowed in the tents!)

  • Please note that our tents are strictly no smoking and a charge of £150 will be made for deep cleaning if any guests do smoke inside.

We wish you a wonderful festival weekend!

We are dog friendly!
