Covid-19 booking guarantee

Following the announcement from Westminster regarding the planned easing of lockdown restrictions, we will be re-opening from April 16th 2021 and are taking bookings throughout 2021 and 2022. 

From the huge amount of enquiries and bookings we have taken in the last few weeks, we know how much you are all looking forward to getting away and we really can't wait to welcome you back!  

Our Covid Booking Guarantee offers the following terms for current bookings:

  • A low deposit of just 25% to secure your booking

  • Your balance is not due until 14 days before your arrival, in case of late changes to Covid-19 guidance

  • Complete flexibility to move bookings up to summer 2022 in the event of Covid-19 restrictions

  • If we don't have a suitable date for you to rebook, we will refund your payment in full where a Government lockdown or Tier situation in your postcode area means that you cannot travel. **Please note that we are unable to offer refunds within 10 days of your arrival date if you have to cancel for other reasons, including having Covid-19 symptoms or self-isolating. We strongly advise you to take out a suitable travel insurance product to cover any eventuality which may mean that you are unable to visit.**

We would also like to take the opportunity to let you know what adaptations we have made to our glamping bookings, to minimise the risk to our guests and the Dark Sky Glamping team.

  • There will be significantly more than 2 metres  between each Bell

  • We will provide hand sanitisers for each Bell

  • Our already stringent cleaning systems will be stepped up to minimise risk

  • We have a regularly updated Risk Assessment for our business

  • We have documented procedures for cleaning, pre-work health screening for our workers, return to work questionnaire and set procedures if any of our workers or guests develop Covid-19 symptoms 

The Covid-19 Adaptations and Booking Guarantee form part of our Terms and Conditions during this time and we reserve the right to update them in accordance with government guidelines.
